Rule Changes 2018
In accordance with La R.S. 49:968.D.(1)(c): The agency shall publish on its website public notice that the report required by Subparagraph (b) of this Paragraph has been delivered to the appropriate standing committee as provided for in Subsection B of this Section within one business day from submission of the report to the appropriate standing committee. If the agency does not maintain a website, the agency may submit the public notice to the Office of the State Register for publication on a website maintained by the Office of the State Register.
