Course Sponsor Information
SUBMIT YOUR COURSE FOR APPROVAL
Licensees are required to complete a certain amount of continuing education hours each year in order to maintain their Louisiana PT/PTA license. All courses that are being used for credit, must be approved by the Louisiana Physical Therapy Board. Courses may be submitted for approval either before or after the course date but must be submitted within the same calendar year. Sponsors may submit their course through the online portal or by mailing a paper application to the Board office.
Online submission is preferred, but please note that you must have an account created for you to access your course sponsor portal. (See below for instructions on setting up your account.) Submitting your application by mail will cause a longer processing time.
SET UP A COURSE SPONSOR ACCOUNT

Once your information has been received, an account will be created and login information will be sent to the email address provided.
APPLICATION REVIEW CHARGE
Courses less than 8 hours $100 (per course)
Courses 8 hours or more $150 (per course)

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). A $3.00 processing fee will be applied for credit card payments
