Lafayette, LA, - Linked below is a list of licensees whose license expired as of April 30, 2026. If you see any of your co-workers or employees on this list and they are practicing, please have them halt practice immediately and begin the reinstatement process or contact the Board office to inquire about whether Compact Privileges would be appropriate. Practicing physical therapy without a license is a violation of the Practice Act and Rules.

Please also be advised that the Board office will communicate renewal reminders to licensees when they are eligible to renew so it is imperative that your email address and contact information be up to date.
