Lafayette, LA, - Linked below is a list of licensees whose licenses expired as of April 30, 2026. If you identify any of your employees or colleagues on this list who are currently practicing, they must cease practice immediately and begin the reinstatement process or contact the Board office to determine whether Compact Privileges may be appropriate. Practicing physical therapy without a valid license is a violation of the Practice Act and Rules and may result in disciplinary action.
Please note that inclusion on this list does not indicate wrongdoing. Individuals who no longer intend to practice in Louisiana may allow their license to expire without penalty. This communication is intended as a proactive measure to support those who may have unintentionally allowed their license to lapse and may be practicing without a current license.
